Management of IFLM on the Traject™ Network
Transparency, enhanced compliance, message consistency and ease-of-use are prime attributes of the administrative platform supporting The Income for Life Model®. Real-time administrative control over all aspects of the solution creates confidence for both compliance officers and business line leaders. With just a few mouse clicks, broker-dealers can call-up a searchable listing of all of their advisors linked to the IFLM system.
On an advisor-by-advisor basis compliance officers enjoy real-time monitoring of content, broker-dealer disclosure, investor-facing micro sites, contact information, illustration activity, site usage and information changes. They can post new content, modify disclosures, modify branding, activate or inactivate advisors' accounts and, in real-time, even make available new "distribution models" to all advisors, or classes of advisors.
The Income for Life Model's various tools address three separate and distinct audiences: investors, financial advisors and broker-dealers. The IFLM system provides each audience with its own set of compliant user experiences.
For example, an investor may wish to learn about The Income for Life Model® by visiting an FA's micro site. Without sales pressure and in the comfort of one's own home, the investor may watch a compliant movie that educates on the IFLM strategy in a clear and unambiguous manner. The client may then contact the financial advisor simply by clicking a "Contact Me" button on the advisor's micro site.
The experiences provided to financial advisors are obviously different. At a secure portal the FA will login to access the wide array of IFLM tools including web-based illustrations, the retirement income risk assessment tool, the marketing library, information on financial products as well as a limited scope of administrative functions.
At the broker-dealer level the entire solution landscape is viewable and controllable. This is why The Income for Life Model® is scalable and may be distributed over multiple, complex distribution channels in a manner that never sacrifices transparency and compliance.
